Park Cottage at Alvie Estate evolved from what was a traditional two up/two down stalker's cottage probably dating from Victorian times. Some of the oldest parts of the house are still pine lined. There is a secluded, sheltered garden.

Otter Pool Lodge. Set in a private elevated position on the banks of the famous River Spey with unrivalled views of the River and the Cairngorm Mountains this is quite simply a unique property.

Sgorans Lodge
Peacefully situated within the forest on the edge of the Lagganlia site, Sgorans Lodge provides comfortable accommodation for groups of up to 16 people. Particularly suitable for groups of families Sgorans comprises two lodges.

No1 Wester Delfour
No. 1 Wester Delfour at Alvie Estate sleeps 4 in a Semi detached Victorian farm cottages overlooking the farm fields and woodlands of Alvie. Tremendous views of the Cairngorm mountains, good access to the Monadhliath hills directly behind.

Alvie House North Wing
Alvie House North Wing is an attractively furnished two storey wing that sleeps 8 with access to the grounds of Alvie House and Loch Bourne. Its warm welcome and traditional charm allow guests to enjoy the style of years gone by.

Sgor Gaoith Chalet, is a traditional two bedroom pine chalet. It has recently been refurbished and comprises open-plan living/dining/cooking area, two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two singles) and a bathroom with shower.

Caerketton Lodge
Situated in the heart of the Lagganlia site. With a completely refurbished interior (2009) Caerketton Lodge provides spacious, comfortable and stylish accommodation for groups of up to 17 people.
